LINDSEY MOORE - MBA
Summary
Lindsey has 18 years' experience in
organisation and management development. She is passionate about helping
organisations to create positive climates that enable every individual to contribute
to their full potential. Areas of particular expertise are the design and
implementation of performance management processes, competence assessment,
leadership and team development and creative thinking. She is also a skilled facilitator,
particularly focussing on team start-up and progress review workshops. She
has considerable experience in training in-house facilitators as part of
organisation change initiatives. She has helped a number of organisations
to introduce performance management systems and develop the necessary
leadership and coaching skills to ensure their success. Lindsey is an NLP
Master Practitioner and qualified to use MBTI and PRISM psychometric
instruments. She tutors on the
Open University Business School MBA Creativity and Change module and has
recently authored two on-line learning programmes within the OUBS suite of
continuing professional development programmes. She currently has clients
in the UK, USA and UAE.
Background
Before moving into the training and
development arena, Lindsey gained management experience in a range of
industry sectors including executive selection, manufacturing and retail in
the UK and Australia. She then spent eight years in the NHS, eventually
being appointed as Training Manager of Coventry Health Authority. After
gaining her MBA, she joined the GEC Management College as a
Tutor/Consultant. During her six years in this role she provided
consultancy and training support to a range of GEC businesses and other
large organisations in the UK and overseas. She designed and managed
development programmes accredited by two UK universities and also pioneered
the use of creative learning activities within her own organisation. She
established Moore Training & Development in 2000 and has recently developed
partnerships with consultancies in Dublin and Dubai.

ROB STONE – MSc
Summary
Rob has 20 years experience in project
management, operations management and organisation and management
development. He has been a
projects director with two blue chip companies and has project managed
several change management programmes.
Rob is a passionate believer in capability development, both from an
organisation perspective and from an individual perspective. He led the development and
company-wide implementation of a competency development framework and
delivered key elements of a project management and middle management
development programme. He also
spent four years with GEC Management College, developing and delivering
core project management and senior management development programmes. However, first and foremost Rob is
a project management professional, with a successful track record of
delivering engineering projects across the aerospace, defence,
telecommunications and technology domains. Areas of expertise are
particularly focused in the areas of project management methods and techniques,
but also in the areas of leadership and change management.
Background
Before moving in to the training and
consultancy arena, Rob spent his career in a variety of project management
or operations management roles.
He spent 5 years in a project management role with Smiths Industries
before moving to GEC Management College as a tutor/consultant, where he
designed and delivered training courses for project managers and functional
directors. Rob then moved into
one of the GEC businesses, Marconi Communications, working in senior
project roles within the Asia Pacific region and within the global supply
chain. Rob then joined
QinetiQ, where he was employed in variety of roles, including Head of
Programmes, Operations Manager, Programme Manager and Projects Director. During his time at QinetiQ, Rob led
several key programmes for the company, either as complex engineering
projects, process improvement projects, or change management projects.

KAY MAYBIN – MBA, BSc(Psych)
Summary
Kay is an experienced Management Development
Consultant with over 15 years experience of working with clients to help
facilitate organisational change with individuals, teams and functions to
meet business needs. Kay has held Senior Management Development roles
within industries from the following sectors; Telecommunications, Defence
and Retail with experience of working in a global environment. She has
extensive experience in leadership and team development, change management
and project management of key projects such as performance management,
competency development and coaching for senior managers.
Background
Kay spent 4 years as a Tutor/Consultant at GEC
Management College, designing and delivering senior management programmes
for blue chip companies within and outside the GEC group. She was then appointed as Learning
and Organisational Development Manager for Marconi Communications. She then moved into the hospitality
industry, first as Human Resources Consultant for Scottish and Newcastle
Retail with responsibility for the design and implementation of the talent
and succession management strategy across the Retail Division and then as
Talent Project Manager for the Spirit Group where she designed and
implemented talent and succession strategies
Since 2005, Kay has been provided consultancy
support to clients in the retail, construction, telecommunications and
airport services industries and also in the public sector. She has become
particularly known for her work in the areas of design and delivery of
assessment and development centres, 1:1 coaching, change management and
leadership and team development.
Kay has a Degree (Hons) in Psychology, an MBA and
is Level A and B qualified in psychometric testing, including MBTI (Step 1
and 2), Hogan, OPQ and Firo ‘B’

DAVID LIDBETTER, MCIPD
Summary
David is a skilled management
development consultant and coach with over 14 years’ experience. His ability to balance support and
challenge is particularly valued in his work as an executive coach. He has undertaken work for clients
in the UK, USA and France. He has also worked with managers from
Bangladesh, China, Germany, Israel and Oman. David is a member of the
Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD). In addition to
designing and delivering modular programmes, workshops and one-to-one
sessions for senior and middle managers, David has managed major customer
accounts and worked with clients from the defence, telecom, manufacturing
and leisure industries. He is qualified and experienced in the use of a
range of psychometric instruments in his work including OPQ, MBTI and ASE
Emotional Intelligence.
Background
From an early career in design
engineering, David moved into a training & development role at the GEC
Management College, Dunchurch before becoming an independent consultant in
2000.

ROB PUGH
Summary
Rob is an experiential development trainer.
He is also qualified to teach a wide range of outdoor activities and uses
the outdoors as the medium for learning in the majority of his training
programmes. Rob qualified as a teacher in 1992 and worked in outdoor
centres for 7 years. He became self- employed in 1999 in order to pursue
his main interests, namely experiential development training and
mountaineering instruction.
Style
Rob's style of delivery is relaxed,
friendly and informal and he has a flexible approach as situations can
develop rapidly in the experiential training environment. "An
appropriate level of challenge is the key for successful use of
experiential learning; fun and humour being other core ingredients. The
outdoors is a great medium for individuals and teams to strive to reach
their full potential and provides an excellent environment for positive,
long-lasting learning."

BRIAN WATT - BSc MDA CEng MIEE
Summary
Brian Watt is a Chartered Engineer
with a successful track record at senior management level in both the
public and private sectors. He has vast implementation experience in
project management, strategic business development, procurement,
contracting and sub-contracting. His experience has been gained whilst
making "bottom line" improvements within large multi-nationals
and small privately owned businesses. He has led multi-disciplined teams on
major negotiations in the Far East, the North American Continent and
throughout Europe.
Background
Brian’s teaching and consultancy
skills were honed whilst heading up the Commercial Consultancy and Tutoring
Group for GEC at their management college at Dunchurch. Delivering a range
of open and bespoke programmes his client list includes all the major arms of
the former GEC conglomerate as well as the John Lewis Partnership, the
Institute of Quarrying, BNFL, the BBC and a UK Constabulary. In this role
he concentrated on enhancing the commercial awareness and acumen of Project
and Engineering Managers. Also, he designed and gained academic
accreditation for the MBA in Commercial Management and has taught at
Masters level as a guest tutor in the University of International Business
& Economics in Beijing and as an associate tutor of Coventry and
Southampton Universities. Also, he is an associate tutor of Cranfield
Institute of Technology.
