FUN LEARNING ACTIVITY - ACRONYMS

At the end of a session, ask groups to develop a mnemonic (memory aid) in the form of an acronym. Give them a (not too long) word related to the topic, for instance TEAM (teamwork), or TIME (time management), or COACH (coaching skills), or ACHIEVE (personal effectiveness) and ask them to make it into a relevant acronym to remind them of key points. For instance, TEAM might be an acronym for Together Everyone Achieves More. Encourage them to have fun but make the messages meaningful.

You might want to reproduce their offerings as a handout or onto jogger cards.
